Happy Blogiversary (is that even a word?) everyone – we’re celebrating two years of sharing tips and knowledge with you. Here are some awesome milestones worth sharing:

A growing Knowledge Base

More than 600 articles have been posted to the online community since the beginning of the website. We’re always posting new content and perfecting our knowledge.

Building the blogisphere

Over 30 informative blogs have been posted and growing. More testimonials and tutorials are available on YouTube.

Discussion boards

The online community is alive and well. There are more than 700 posts on our discussion boards.

Numbers to celebrate

• 270,000 page views since the launch of the site
• average number of visitors per month – 1,200 since the launch of our site
• peak online traffic season is from January to April.

Watch for these new features:

• upgrade to the 2014-03 version of your software, and you’ll be able to access the online community from within your software by pressing the F1 key
• Click-to-chat has been added for premium customers
• a new series of How to videos for our software (coming soon)
• increased searchability so you can find your answer from within the discussion boards (coming soon)
