Using GIS Farm View 

GIS Farm View displays a map of the fields you’ve defined in Field Setup and recorded a planting, harvest, pesticide or fertilizer operation for. You must activate Field Manager PRO GIS to use GIS Farm View.

You can select the following options to adjust the GIS Farm View display:

  • Safe to enter - Shows fields that are safe to enter after a pesticide operation. Safe fields are blue. Unsafe fields are red. 
  • Note: You need to enter a re-entry value for this feature to work.
  • Safe to harvest - Shows fields that are safe to harvest after a pesticide operation. Safe fields are blue. Unsafe fields are red.
  • Note: You need to enter a PHI value for this feature to work.
  • Crops planted - Shows fields that have a planting operation recorded.
  • Crops harvested - Shows fields that have a harvest operation recorded.
  • Pesticides applied - Shows fields that have a pesticide operation recorded.
  • Fertilizers applied - Shows fields that have a fertilizer operation recorded.

To use the GIS Farm View:

  1. Click on the Records menu.
  2. Select GIS Farm View.
  3. The GIS Farm View is a visual representation of your total farm operations. This view will visually transpose your records for viewing.
