Adding a lot number to a harvest record
The Lot #s tab allows you to associate lot numbers with your harvest operation. You can use lot numbers to track your inventory containers from production through to sale.
The Lot #s tab is only available if you selected the Show Inventory Lot #s check box in Show/Hide Features tab (under Software Preferences in the Setup menu).
- Click the Plus icon to add a lot number. You can add as many lot numbers as you want.
- To delete a lot number, select it in the list and click
. - Lot # - Enter a new lot number or select an existing lot number from the list. Lot numbers can be up to 20 characters.
- Notes - Enter any additional information about the lot number.
