Error message: The system cannot find the file specified...

The following error message may appear when you attempt to open AgExpert Analyst:

An unexpected error has occurred. Close the software and reopen it. If this error continues, call FCC Management Software at 1-800-667-7893 for help.

The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

To fix this issue:

  1. Uninstall .Net 3.5 SP1 from the control panel.
  2. Reinstall .Net 3.5 SP1 using Windows Update.
