Error Description
If the the balances on your Deferred Income and Receivables Report (select Reports>AgriStability Supplementary) aren’t correct, it may mean that you’ve entered a Receivable Charge with more than one income line set to track inventory. The error is occurring because the Deferred Income and Receivables Report is only picking up the commodity tied to the transaction’s first account and dropping the transaction’s other income lines from the report.
Solution
Reverse the transaction and re-enter each income as a separate transaction.
This error will be fixed in the 2014-03 version of AgExpert Analyst.
