Creating an Inventory report

The inventory report displays the amount of inventory you have for the selected crop(s), which you can break down by storage location. The report can display the current amount of any crop, including crops that have no current inventory.

You can create a report that will display:

  • the quantity you have in inventory for a particular crop or for all crops
  • the location each crop is stored in
  • the current balance in a particular storage location(s)
  • all activity for a specific storage location for a given year (this is useful when dealing with Identity Preserved crops)

To create a report:

  1. Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console appears.
  2. Select Inventory from the left menu panel, and then select Inventory.
  3. Enter your preferences in the options panel on the right and click View in Grid. The Inventory report appears.
