Error when generating an RL-1 Report

The following error may appear when you generate an RL-1 report:
2014-1-15 An unexpected error has occurred.
Close the software and reopen it.
If this error continues, call FCC Management Software at 1-800-667-7893 for help.
Index and length must refer to a location within the string.

Solution
If the employer name (the Business Name) is longer than 30 characters, AgExpert Analyst splits it into two and puts the remaining characters on a second line that isn’t visible on the report. However, when you generate the RL-1 Report, instead of just pulling in the remaining characters from the Business Name, it tries to pull another 30 characters, but can’t because there aren’t enough characters remaining.
To fix this problem, either ensure that the Business Name is:
- 30 characters or less
- exactly 60 characters long
Note: Adding extra spaces to the end your Business Name doesn’t work unless the last character is an actual character.
