The following message may appear when you try to add a field or quarter and a field or quarter with the name already exists in a previous year:
This legal description has already been defined in the 2014 crop year. If you want to use it in the active crop year, then switch to 2014 and use the copy tool to copy it.
Solution:
Copy the field or quarter from the previous year to the new year.
