Setup > Setup Information > Resetting a business in AgExpert Accounting

AgExpert Accounting provides a maximum of 5 businesses per premium account. If you have a business account that is no longer required, you can reset this account. It is important to know that the process of resetting an account will delete all data. The information will not be able to be restored.   

Here are the step-by-step directions to reset an account:

  • Click the person icon then click Business information on the top left of the screen

     
  • Ensure you are on the Details tab. Under Business Details you will go to Business data section and press Reset Accounting.   

     
  • Then another box will pop up where you will need to check the box, indicating that you understand the data will be deleted and can’t be undone. Once the box is checked, press next
  • Type the company name in spot provided and press Reset Accounting.
  • Once the account is reset you can setup a new account.
