Using the Setup Wizard

To get started, visit www.agexpert.ca/signup. See our Creating an AgExpert.ca Account article for more information on this step.

Type in your Business or farm name, Address, Phone Number and click Save. Click Start with Accounting.

You will be prompted with an option to either cancel the wizard, start fresh or migrate your data from AgExpert Analyst. Selecting the Yes, migrate my data option will allow you to download an easy to use tool to assist you with transferring your data to AgExpert Accounting. To create your data from scratch, Click No, I’m Starting Fresh.    

Type in your Legal business name, select your Province, select your Business type and select your fiscal year ending date by using the calendar icon. Click Next.

Choose what you produce and click Next. This will determine the commodities you produce in the following step.  

Select the commodities you produce to populate your chart of accounts. Click Next.

You may click the Previous button to return to the prior screen or Click Start using AgExpert to finalize the setup process.
