Adding a sale using FM PRO Mobile

As part of the Field Manager PRO and Field Manager PRO 360 2014-03 release, you can now enter a new sale using FM PRO Mobile. Remember, you must enter all of your sales information in the program to ensure that your profit and loss reporting is accurate.

To enter a sale using FM PRO Mobile:

1. Tap .
2. Tap Sales.
3. Tap .
4. Select the start time and date of the Sale under Started.
5. Select the crop that was sold under Crop.
6. Select the buyer of the crop sold under Buyer.
7. Enter the crop’s grade under Grade.
8. Enter the Crop Moisture Percent.
9. Enter the Protein percent.
10. (Optional) Enter any additional information under Notes.
11. Enter the Gross Amount Sold.
12. Select the Gross Amount Sold Unit.
13. Enter the Shrinkage Percent.
14. Enter the Dockage Percent.
15. Enter the Other Reductions Percent.
16. Enter the Unit price under Initial Price per Unit.
17. Select the storage locations from which you sold the crop under Storage Locations.
18. Tap Save.
    To delete the sale, select the sale record and tap .
