Changes to the Record of Employment: It’s now using the pay period for information in Block 15C

We were notified that the Record of Employment in AgExpert Analyst was drawing from the Cheque Date and not the pay period, resulting in missing information from Block 15C (insurable earnings by pay period). We fixed this issue in AgExpert Analyst 2015-01 release.

If you we’re having this problem, it may have been because:

  • you’re using a different Pay Period and Cheque date
  • you’ve entered a final paycheque that doesn’t fit the regular pay period structure (For example, your employee resigns partway through a pay period, meaning his final paycheck will only encompass two days’ work instead of the normal two weeks.)
