Recording equipment maintenance

You may be required to keep a record of your equipment maintenance.

To access your equipment maintenance records, click Equipment in the Setup menu, select the equipment you maintained, and select the Maintenance tab. 

The Equipment Maintenance dialogue box appears when you select New under the Maintenance tab.

• Date - enter the date of the maintenance record.
• Service performed - enter or select the service performed on the equipment. To edit an item in the list, click the pencil button  and make the change. 
• Odometer - enter the odometer value and select a measurement unit from the drop-down menu.
• Serviced by - select the person who serviced the equipment.
• Next service date - enter the date that the next service is due.
• Next service - enter an odometer value and select a measurement unit from the drop-down menu.
• Notes - enter any additional information about the equipment maintenance.
• Click OK to save the maintenance record, or click Cancel to close the dialogue box without saving. 

Adding a maintenance record

1. Select the equipment that was maintained.
2. Select the Maintenance tab.
3. Click  on the Details toolbar to open the Equipment Maintenance dialogue box.
4. Enter the required information.
5. Click OK to save the information and add the maintenance record to the list.
6. Click Save or Save & Close on the Equipment toolbar.

Modifying a maintenance record 

1. Select the equipment and then select the Maintenance tab.
2. Double-click on the maintenance record, or select it and click  on the Details toolbar.
3. Make your desired changes.
4. Click OK to save the information.
5. Click Save or Save & Close on the Equipment toolbar.

Deleting a maintenance record 

1. Select the equipment and then select the Maintenance tab.
2. Select the maintenance record.
3. Click .
