Using the measurement unit list feature
Through the Measurement Units dialogue box, you can add additional measurement units to Field Manager PRO’s default list.
To open the Measurement Units dialogue box, select Measurement Unit List from the Setup menu.
Note: You can’t edit or delete any of the program’s default units. Only one list is maintained for all crop years.
- Name - Enter the name of the measurement unit. It must be unique across all categories.
- Abbreviation - Enter an abbreviation for the measurement unit. It must be unique across all categories.
- Unit Conversion - Enter the formula to convert your unit to one of the program’s default units.
- Click
to add a new item to the list. - Click
(or double-click an item) to edit a selected item. - Click
to cancel adding or editing an item. - Click
or press Delete on your keyboard to remove a selected item from the list. - Click Save to save the information.
- Click Save & Close to save the information and close the dialogue box.
